Join Our Dance Community

Ballet 1 (3-5 year olds)

Monday 4:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m.
$30 per month

Through creative movement an excellent foundation is set to begin building a solid foundation to future dance study and adherence to classroom etiquette. The exercises and skills are taught through story, song, and role-playing. Concentration is on establishing developmental skills needed to execute dance steps. Exercises enhance flexibility, coordination, strength, muscle tone, and develops musicality, rhythm and creativity. Repetition of movements and combinations also increase auditory and visual memory.


*Required attire: black leotard, pink ballet tights, and pink ballet slippers. Hair pulled out of face in a classic ballet bun. 

Ballet 2 (6-9 year olds)

Monday 5:00 p.m.- 5:45 p.m.
$45 per month

Ballet 2 uses similar principles and techniques that are taught in Ballet 1. Correct placement and body alignment are now of utmost importance. Class structure greatly advances as barre work is introduced. All exercises, skills, and steps become faster and more complex. Many new steps are introduced at this level. Students are more disciplined and eager to learn at this level; therefore, more literal terminology is used, and basic ballet terms are introduced.

*Required attire: black leotard, pink ballet tights, and pink ballet slippers. Hair pulled out of face in a classic ballet bun. 

Ballet 3 (10 & up)

Monday 5:45 p.m.- 6:30 p.m.
$45 per month

The aim of Ballet 3 is to produce a proper understanding and execution of basic ballet technique. Emphasis is placed on the discipline and classroom etiquette required of all ballet students. Class work begins at the ballet barre. Students are guided through a series of exercises designed to strengthen the leg muscles and train the torso and upper body in order to maintain proper ballet placement. Simple conditioning exercises are begun to ensure suppleness in the muscles necessary in the years to come. Center combinations are kept simple and appropriate. Center work incorporates technique, coordination, awareness of space, and sensitivity to music – all vital to the understanding of classical ballet.

*Required attire: black leotard, pink ballet tights, and pink ballet slippers. Hair pulled out of face in a classic ballet bun. 

Modern Ballet Dancers

Jazz (Ages 9 & up)

Monday 6:30 p.m.- 7:15 p.m.
$45 per month

A fun introduction to jazz that students will enjoy and continue to build on in future years.  Dancers love taking this class, as it gives them the opportunity to learn new movements and easily showcase their talent.

Students will build on rhythm, coordination, dexterity, and agility that carries over to other dance disciplines, academics, and athletics. They will improve concentration and ability to grasp and execute combinations and instructions quickly. Students not only learn jazz technique but also develop self-confidence, stage presence, and performance skills.

*Required attire for Jazz Classes:
Students must wear black leggings or capri pants with either a leotard, tank top, or body-fitting long top and black jazz shoes. No two-piece outfits are allowed (no bare midriffs).Students may need to cover knees for floor work. 

No T-shirts, nylon shorts, baggy sweatpants or warm-up pants over leotard.

Fitness Class

Cardio Dance (Adults 18+)

Monday 7:15 p.m.- 8:15 p.m.

$10 per class; Punch Card plans available

A great workout that uses choreographed dance moves to relax your mind and keep your body moving. This class is designed for fun—and there is no experience necessary!
